Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at minimum 24 hours before your scheduled service. Any cancellations under the 24-hour period will be charged for the full amount of the service. No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the service. We are a NO SHOE facility. You will be required to check your shoes at the front desk at check-in and you will be provided a pair of sandals for use during your visit. Bathing suits are required in all public areas in our facility as we are a co-ed bathhouse. All biological private-parts, regardless of gender (male, female, or non-binary) must be covered, including female breasts. If you have the parts on your body, please cover them appropriately. All facilities are co-ed EXCEPT our locker rooms. Locker Rooms are NOT co-ed and are gendered for men and women. Please read our locker room policy below. LOCKER ROOM POLICY: While we are welcoming of all people and all genders into our bathhouse, all guests are required to follow our locker room policies for the safety of all of our guests. Locker rooms are gendered according to biological gender (or fully transitioned). Women's locker rooms are for patrons with full female anatomy only. Men's locker rooms are for patrons with full male anatomy only.
