STEAM ROOM

The steam room is beneficial for circulation, lowering blood pressure, and clearing sinuses. The moist heat stimulates deeper breaths.

It is believed that enduring moist heat causes the body to decrease cortisol and release endorphins. The sweat and warm condensation also washes away internal toxins & dead skin, leaving your skin pure.

SAUNAS

Our two saunas draw from Finnish and Russian traditions.

The Finnish style sauna offers a comforting dry heat in a natural wood chamber.

The Russian-style Banya is warmed by a powerful stone furnace.

Adding water to the rocks in the furnace creates an intense burst of steam that permeates the room and opens both your pores and lungs.

HOT POOL 
COLD POOL  
AMBIENT POOL

Alternating temperature therapy is amazing for just about anyone, but especially athletes. Soak in our hot pool to relax joints and muscles. Next take a cold plunge. Last, recover in our neutral pool. The change in temperatures removes lactic acid and inflammation in the body. It also increases dopamine

(the happy hormone), which reduces stress and improves mood.

RESTAURANT

Serving house-baked pastries, soups, salads, fresh pasta and small bites. ​​

Relax with a tea, cocktail or espresso.​

 HOW TO BATHHOUSE

Step 1.    Reserve your pass or service online. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. 

​​

Step 2.  At Check-in you will receive a robe, towels, a lock, and sandals. We do not allow outside shoes in our facility. 

​​

Step 3.  Change into your bathing suit and Robe. All patrons must wear a bathing suit.

 

Step 4.    Shower before using any of the amenities, and head to the main floor. 

Step 5.   Start with 5-10 min in your favorite hot treatment (saunas, steam or hot pool).

Step 6. Cool off with a plunge in the cold pool or a cold drench shower.

 

Step 7.    Relax in our lounge area.

Step 8.    Repeat.

Step 9.    Indulge in a massage or body scrub. If you have scheduled a spa service, please arrive in the designated area 10 minutes before your appointment.

 

Step 10.    Stay hydrated with lots of water or tea. Visit the restaurant for a bite to eat.

 

Step 11.   Repeat your hot/cold/relax experiences as desired.

Step 12.   Take a relaxing shower before you check out and re-enter the world rejuvenated.
