Service Description
Get glowing, healthy skin and relax with this complete treatment. All basic facials include a cleanse, exfoliation, minor extractions (as needed), toning, and moisturizing all tailored to your specific skin needs. Each session includes a skin analysis and the treatment. Please note that add-ons will extend the time it takes for your facial. A day pass is included with each facial. Weekend Facial appointments are available Friday from 3:30pm through Sunday. Each appointment includes a day pass to use the facilities. It is recommended that you use the saunas, steam room ,and pools FIRST, because you will sweat. Finish your visit with the facial so that you leave fresh and glowing. Therefore, please arrive 1-2 hours prior to your appointment time to enjoy the amenities. The scheduled time of your facial is the time the treatment begins, not the time you should arrive.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. All no-shows or cancellations made under 24 hours will be charged the full appointment price. PLEASE ARRIVE TWO HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT to enjoy our saunas, steam room and pools. Use of these facilities is included with your booking before your appointment. We are a NO SHOE facility. You will be required to check your shoes at the front desk at check-in and you will be provided a pair of sandals for use during your visit. Bathing suits are required in all public areas in our facility as we are a co-ed bathhouse. All biological private-parts, regardless of gender (male, female, or non-binary) must be covered, including female breasts. If you have the parts on your body, please cover them appropriately. Gratuity: If you enjoy your service, you may tip you therapist at your discretion in the following ways : A tip paid online at time of the booking (prior to the appointment), or at the conclusion of your visit when you check out. Tips given at check-out are sealed in an envelope and dropped into a lock box to be saved exclusively for your therapist.
