BATHHOUSE COORDINATOR
Job Overview
We're looking for a friendly and professional Bathhouse Coordinator to join our team. This position combines reception, scheduling, guest service, and hands-on bathhouse operations.
You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience while supporting check-in and check-out, phone calls, bookings, facility checks, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations.
This is an active, on-your-feet position requiring frequent walking, stairs, laundry, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out

Answer phones and handle guest inquiries

Process reservations using booking software

Provide information about services and amenities

Complete facility rounds and operational logs

Open and close the facilities

Monitor cleanliness and assist with light cleaning

Brush and vacuum pools

Manage towel service and routine laundry

Work with the team to create a smooth guest experience
Requirements

Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred

2 years of customer service experience required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and problem-solve

Comfortable learning booking software

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Must be able to walk up and down stairs multiple times a day

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
We are currently hiring part-time. All therapists must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities
