About the event
A slow, cozy candlelit practice to reset and welcome the longest night of the year. Join Charlie the Yoga for this exclusive event that includes 60 minutes of Candlelit Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation, followed by a moment of reflection with herbal tea and light refreshment. Tier 2 and tier 3 ticket holders enjoy use of the saunas, thermal pools and steam room at Brooklyn Bathhouse after the class. Tier 3 ticket holders will be scheduled for a 30 minute massage after. the class and enjoy bathhouse use.
Open-Level Yoga is appropriate for all levels and experience of yoga. This small group atmosphere will allow for attention and variations for all levels of practice.
Gentle Yoga is appropriate for beginners, all-levels, and anyone who wants to take a gentle, mindful approach to their practice.
For the yoga class, please wear comfortable athletic wear. Swimsuit is required for bathhouse use.
