Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at minimum 24 hours before your scheduled service. Any cancellations under the 24-hour period will be charged for the full amount of the service. No-shows will be charged for the full amount of the service. We are a NO SHOE facility. You will be required to check your shoes at the front desk at check-in and you will be provided a pair of sandals for use during your visit. Bathing suits are required in all public areas in our facility as we are a co-ed bathhouse. All biological private-parts, regardless of gender (male, female, or non-binary) must be covered, including female breasts. If you have the parts on your body, please cover them appropriately.
